Eva D. Geer
Eva D. Geer is an attorney in Houston who has practiced law for more than 25 years. She is a graduate of McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 1990. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and before the Southern District of Texas. Eva has extensive litigation experience, which allows her to devise plans for her clients which minimize the risk of lawsuits. Her areas of practice include: Estate planning and administration, Trusts, Probate, Guardianship, Business Formation, and Business Support. Eva is also certified as Attorney ad litem pursuant to the requirements of Section 1054.201 of the Texas Estates Code. Eva is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Probate and Estates Section of the Houston Bar Association, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Professional Women’s Exchange Group, and The Professional Group.
